Usage: Horizontal type rubber mixing mill is mainly used in following cases for reclaimed rubber products factory: reclaimed rubber refining, raw rubber and compound ingredient mixing, warming refining and sheeting of glue stock. This machine can reassure well lubricating and easy operation for it adopting oil cup lubrication.

• Reclaimed rubber refining mill

Usage: is mainly used for refining of reclaimed rubber and rubber sheeting

Features:.

1. The rollers are made of chilled cast iron with wear-resistant hard surfaces.

2. The two rollers are smooth ones with bored cavities and can be cooled homogeneously.

3. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload. In case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rollers will be stopped immediately.
