Customization enables the adjustment of cooling time and duration to meet specific vulcanization requirements. Customization options also include modifications to the conveyor belt design to facilitate efficient cooling. This involve incorporating cooling fins or perforations on the belt surface to enhance heat transfer. Additionally, the belt material should be selected to withstand the cooling process and ensure durability and longevity
The conveyor belt vulcanizing unit is suitable for vulcanizing ordinary rubber conveyor belts, nylon conveyor belts, PVG conveyor belts, wire rope conveyor belts and other fabric core parallel tapes. The main machine has a frame structure, and the hot plate and plunger are made of high-quality materials. They are precisely processed and are not easy to wear or corrode. They are easy to maintain, have stable working pressure, and are easy to adjust. Using PLC control, the vulcanization process can realize multi-program automatic control, and can automatically detect and adjust the temperature of the hot plate, which improves the control level of the conveyor belt vulcanization unit, reduces labor intensity, and improves production efficiency.
The conveyor belt should be designed to withstand the high temperatures and pressures involved in the vulcanization process. It should be made of heat-resistant materials that can handle repeated exposure to elevated temperatures without degradation. The customization can also include features like variable speed control and adjustable belt tension mechanisms to optimize the vulcanization process.
