Structural Features:
1. The plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, regular plates, upper and lower platforms, piston stroke mechanism, hydro cylinder, hydraulic station, and an electrical control system. As an option, it can be equipped with a push - pull mold device, which facilitates the movement of molds on the machine.
2. The plates are fabricated from welded Q235 steel plates. First, they are treated with mechanical ball blast rust removal.Subsequently, a zinc - rich series of paint is sprayed on them. Before entering the mechanical production stage, the platesare subjected to stress relief through shaking to enhance their structural stability.
3. The hot plates are crafted from 35# steel plates. After undergoing normalizing treatment, they are rolled with double scales.An electric control valve system is integrated into the design, which allows for automatic temperature adjustment during the curing process, ensuring consistent and efficient vulcanization.
4. The upper and lower platforms are built using Q235 steel plates. To guarantee high precision, an automatic cutting and beveling process is carried out, followed by mechanical slicing and carbon dioxide gas - shielded welding. After welding, the entire structure undergoes heat treatment to effectively eliminate welding stress, thereby improving the overall durability and performance of the platforms.
5. The hydro - cylinder is made of ZG270 - 500, and the piston stroke is constructed from hard cold - chilled alloy cast iron. The sealing structure is a well - designed combination of double sealing rings and a dustproof ring. This configuration not only provides reliable sealing but also extends the service life of the components.
6. The electrical control system employs PLC automatic control, enabling seamless and efficient automatic mold closing, mold opening, and gas release operations. Moreover, the plate vulcanizing press can be easily switched to manual control mode when specific requirements or circumstances demand it.
