Two-Roll Open Mixing Mill (Open Mill) is essential processing equipment in rubber industry. It is mainly applied for mastication, mixing, thermal refining and sheeting of raw rubber and rubber compounds. Two rollers rotate reversely at different linear speeds to generate shear force, realizing plasticization and uniform blending of rubber materials.
